Product FAQs
What is a surface-mounted square cellular downlight?
A surface-mounted square cellular downlight is an architectural LED fitting that mounts directly to the underside of a ceiling, with a recessed aperture optic that controls glare and gives a sharp, sculptural look on the ceiling line. The cellular design refers to the deep-set lens, which keeps the LED hidden from view and directs the light downwards without spill. Surface fittings are commonly chosen for solid concrete soffits, exposed ceilings, or spaces with shallow voids where a recessed downlight cannot be used.
What finishes and configurations does the E-Pro Surface offer?
The E-Pro Surface is available in single and multi-cell configurations, allowing the same product family to function as a single feature spotlight or as a longer linear feature on a ceiling. Trim finishes include black and white, with the contrast between the trim and the inner optic creating the sharp architectural look the range is designed for. The E-Pro is available in 3000K and 4000K colour temperatures.
Where is the E-Pro Surface best specified?
Your Lights' E-Pro Surface is best suited to high-end residential, hospitality, retail and feature commercial interiors where the downlight forms part of the visual design of the ceiling. The combination of low-glare cellular optics and clean architectural lines makes it a strong choice for hotels, restaurants, showrooms, executive offices and gallery-style retail spaces.
